Application Misrepresentation

Application Functionality Issues

If an application fails to perform as expected and cannot be easily fixed, we are required to refund the buyer. This includes cases where the issue would have deterred the buyer from purchasing if they had known about it in advance. If the problem can be resolved, we will promptly update the application; otherwise, a refund will be issued.

Security Concerns in the Application

  • The buyer no longer wants the application after purchase.
  • The application did not meet the buyer’s expectations.
  • The buyer is dissatisfied with the current feature set of the application.
  • The buyer changes their mind.
  • The buyer purchased the application by mistake.
  • The buyer lacks the necessary skills to use the application.
  • The buyer requests a refund as a goodwill gesture.
  • Issues arise from third-party API providers.
  • No refunds will be provided after 14 days from the purchase date.

Authority to Issue Refunds

We reserve the right to issue a refund without a buyer's request. A force refund will immediately revoke access to the application and support services, deactivating the purchase code.
